She snorted at the pet name and poked her knuckle into Booker's ribs gently.

"Oh, I'm yours now?" she asked, gentling down with a smile and tilting her head up. "Nap with me, Book."

[transfuge]

"And I'm yours." He squirmed away from the poke but there wasn't much room so he couldn't get far. No tickling.

A nap wasn't a bad idea though. He nuzzled against her hair, made sure their legs were tangled together and he had a firm hold of her.

"Sure thing, boss." He closed his eyes and settled his breathing to drift off.
