Nicky didn't let up, but he did stop his continuous humming. Instead, he hollowed his cheeks and drew back enough to sneak a few careful breaths through his nose before bobbing back down. And once Booker was snug in the back of his throat, that was when he hummed again. Only a few seconds, then the whole process started all over again.
