[ They were safe here. No asshole fathers to burst in and judge them. Booker grabbed Nicky's hand and laced their fingers together. ]
I have to live on campus until my third year. Then we can get an apartment.
[ He should probably consider what the others wanted too and not just his domestic fantasies of an apartment they all share. But it's hard to shake. ]
